We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Final sale items

  • Swimwear, bodysuits, or intimates

  • Gift cards

  • Beauty or personal care products

4. How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3 — Ship Your Return
Please securely pack your item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please:

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive the item quickly, as exchanges depend on product availability.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item

We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.

8. Return Shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
