1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can shop your favorite Urbansavoir styles.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during sales periods or peak seasons

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 7–15 Business Days

  • Orders $0 – $59.99 → Shipping Fee $7.90

  • Orders $60+ → FREE Shipping

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time: 3–7 Business Days

Shipping Fee: $15.90

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, Urbansavoir does not control these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

6. Shipping Delays

While we always aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • High order volumes during sales

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Urbansavoir is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
